The return of the blue nude! As opposed to the blue figurine seen back in March 2008, which was the lovely lit-up McFarlane version of Cortana, the itty bitty Cortana seen here is the Halo Action Clix Cortana. Considering the figure is only about an inch and a half tall, I think the detailing is pretty amazing. Here I’ve lit teeny weeny Cortana with a small blue flashlight to highlight her features.

This one is for those tarot card enthusiasts out there. Oh yes, I’m sure there are ~~lots~~ ~~dozens of~~ ~~one or two~~ no Halo fans who are interested in telling their fortunes with tarot cards.

Well, anyway, some tarot cards shown include the King of Swords (representing Chuck Norris), the nine and ten of swords (representing nightmares, anguish and horrible death/martyrdom), the six of swords (travel and sadness), the Tower (representing chaos and disaster), The Magician (representing Jason), Judgement (judgement) and Death (inescapable forces, change). Never mind how I know these things. I found a book. Books are useful.

Oh never mind. Hey, they’re cute, right? The little cards?

…ahem.

It’s been a while, sorry about that. But I’ve been inspired to once again take up the strip by my good friend OboeCrazy, who was kind enough to send me a new camera, as my own camera was past its prime. It might take me a while to get the levels and such things just right on the snazzy thing (in my day we drew pictures with a stick and some charcoal, and that’s the way we liked it!) but I’ve got several strips under my belt ready for your consumption.

I thought I’d start off where I left off, with my mind in the gutter… I mean, emphasizing the zombie plot line and… um… Steve and Lois’s love… things?

Because isn’t that what HAFT is really all about?
